There are 3 main types of microwave ceramics:

RF ceramics belong to the category of microwave ceramics, but are mainly used to create devices operating in the RF range. Ceramics have a dielectric constant E from 6 to 280.

Microwave ceramics belong to the category of microwave ceramics, but are mainly used to create devices operating in the microwave range and have a dielectric constant E from 7 to 140. At the same time, the substrates and such a material have extremely low dielectric losses.
